MEDIA YARD LLC · UPDATED SEPTEMBER 25, 2026

AI & synthetic media policy

Yarnfire uses AI-assisted writing, artwork and synthetic voices to create game worlds and reading material. Cinematic appearance or a natural-sounding voice does not mean a scene was filmed or a narrator was a human performer.

What players may encounter

Original fictional stories, generated or AI-assisted cover illustrations, edited game scripts, prerecorded synthetic character narration, and game-specific music and video treatments. Some visual clues are animated reconstructions rather than footage of real events. Optional device speech may sound different from prepared character recordings.

Accuracy and suitability

Fictional scenes are entertainment. Historical, science and trivia material can contain errors; report a suspected mistake with the game name and question. Hosts should preview content for their group and allow players to pass. Do not treat a game as medical, legal, educational assessment or other professional advice.

Your contributions

The planner’s crew-memory bridge shares only the reviewed text you submit to the selected crew. It is not a generative-AI submission flow. We do not claim that permission to share a memory is permission to train an AI model. A future feature that sends contributions to a generation provider must explain that processing before submission.

Creative rights and respectful use

Do not upload or request unlawful copies, deceptive impersonations, nonconsensual intimate content, or another person’s voice or likeness without appropriate permission. Public-domain status varies by country and by edition, translation or recording; an old underlying story does not automatically make every version free to reuse. Generated output is not guaranteed to be unique or eligible for exclusive copyright protection.
