EU & UK information
This page explains protections and open operational requirements relevant to EU/EEA and UK visitors. It is not a claim that Yarnfire has obtained certification or completed every regional compliance requirement.
Consumer rights
Mandatory local consumer rights apply even though Media Yard LLC is based in the United States. Eligible distance purchases generally carry a 14-day withdrawal period; start dates and exceptions depend on the product. Faulty, misdescribed or undelivered products have separate remedies. See the detailed refund preview. Statutory refunds that must be paid in full cannot be reduced by Stripe fees.
Immediate access to digital content does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Where a waiver is legally available, it requires the relevant express consent and acknowledgment; the current refund proposal does not rely on such a waiver. Paid checkout is closed.
Privacy rights and contact
Contact support@yarnfire.com for privacy requests. You may complain to the supervisory authority where you live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred, including the UK ICO or an EEA data protection authority. No EU or UK representative or DPO appointment is claimed on this page. Whether a representative appointment is required must be assessed before expanding covered operations; contact us for current arrangements.
Organizations and transfers
A US company address and Cloudflare hosting do not by themselves establish a lawful restricted transfer. Organizational processing requires defined roles, executed processor terms where applicable, verified transfer safeguards and appropriate assessments. The proposed DPA identifies what must be completed.
