Review your latest Pro payment and confirm a refund here. Eligible card payments within 14 days receive a full refund with no processing-fee deduction. We cancel the refunded subscription and its future renewals.

Books, PDFs, older payments or a problem with your purchase?
Printed returns, faulty or missing goods, separately sold PDFs, older invoices, non-card payments and adjusted charges need support review. This automatic eligibility check does not limit your statutory rights. PDFs currently included with Pro are covered by the membership refund; there is no separate PDF payment to refund.
Email a refund or withdrawal request ↗. Include your invoice reference if available and a clear statement of what you want refunded. A reason is optional for a cooling-off request. Never send payment-card details or a private crew return link.
